Terms of contract for trade at www.pbo-group.com
The purpose of this page is to provide information about your rights and obligations when you shop at www.pbo-group.com

1. When you place an order
When you have placed a product order through our home page, our system will automatically send you an email that states which products you have chosen.

All orders are made in English.

Please note that the automatic reply (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation that confirms that the agreement has been entered into.

It is only an electronic acknowledgement of the receipt of your order. Therefore, PBO Group, has the possibility to cancel the order due to typographical errors, technical problems, lack of delivery and similar situations.

The binding order confirmation/invoice is sent to you together with the products that you have ordered.

Personal data
When registered, you always have the possibility to gain insight and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.

Personal data will not be divulged to third parties.

2. Cancellation of an order
Orders that have not yet been processed by PBO Group at the time of sending the ordered products can be cancelled by contacting pbo.guldsmedgade@gmail.com

If the products have been sent by PBO Group, to a certain extent you have the possibility to return them if you regret the purchase. See more details about the right of cancellation in section 6.

3. Prices
All of the prices listed are in DKK and include 25% VAT (in Denmark and Norway). The prices do not include delivery.

Reservations are made regarding tax changes, price errors, typographical errors, etc.

4. Payment
The ordered goods can be paid for on-line using Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express. This information is transmitted in encrypted form between the customer and pbo-group.com. However, personal information (name, address, etc.) is not encrypted.

5. Shipping and delivery
PBO Group attempts to send the products that you have ordered within two to five weekdays after we have received your order. As a rule, ordered products are sent together. If PBO Group is not able to send the products to you within the stated period of time, we will inform you about this by email.

You only pay for delievery once, regardless of how many products you purchase per order.
Delievery costs domestically 50 DKK, abroad inside EU 100.- DKK. -, abroad outside EU 400.- DKK.

PBO Group retains responsibility for the products until you have received them. A signature is required upon receipt.

6. The right of cancellation and the right of return
In accordance with section 17 of the Danish Consumer Protection Act, PBO Group provides the right of cancellation for 14 days. Received products must be returned in essentially the same unused and undamaged condition.

The right of return and the right of cancellation start at the time when you have received the product.

In case you regret a purchase, you must cover the expense of returning the product yourself.

The amount that you have paid for the product, will be paid to you when PBO Group has received your returned products.

When the right of cancellation and right of return are used, the money will be transferred back electronically. Electronic transfer can take up to five days before receipt.

7. The right to claim compensation for a defective product
In accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, as a consumer you have the right to claim compensation for a defective product for a period of 24 months for all products.

If you discover a flaw or defect in a purchased product, you must, as soon as possible and within a reasonable amount to time, contact PBO Group and explain what the flaw or defect is. The claim can be made by contacting pbo.guldsmedgade@gmail.com and by sending the purchase receipt from PBO Groups’ web shop, which will process your claim in the normal way.

If the product has a flaw or defect, PBO Group will attempt to remedy it or, alternatively, carry out a redelivery.

8. Reservations and exemption from liability
PBO Group makes reservations for any tax changes, price errors, typographical errors, technical errors, sold-out products and force majeure, including labour conflicts and defects in or delays in deliveries from sub-suppliers.

1. Når du afgiver en ordre
Når du har afgivet en varebestilling via vores hjemmeside, vil vores system automatisk sende dig en e-mail, hvoraf det fremgår, hvilke produkter du har bestilt.

Alle ordre indgås på engelsk.

Du skal være opmærksom på, at det automatiske svar (via e-mail) ikke er en juridisk bindende ordrebekræftelse, hvorved en aftale er indgået.

Der er alene tale om en elektronisk kvittering for modtagelse af din bestilling. PBO Group har derfor mulighed for at annullere bestillingen som følge af trykfejl, tekniske problemer, leveringssvigt og lignende situationer.

Bindende ordrebekræftelse/ faktura sendes til dig sammen med de varer, du har bestilt.

Persondata
Som registreret har du altid mulighed for indsigt, og du kan gøre indsigelse mod en registrering i henhold til reglerne i Persondataloven.

Persondata vil ikke blive videregivet til 3. part

2. Annullering af ordre
Ordrer, der endnu ikke er effektueret af PBO Group ved afsendelse af de bestilte varer, kan annulleres ved at kontakte vores websupport pbo.guldsmedgade@gmail.com

Er varerne afsendt af PBO Group har du i et vist omfang mulighed for at returnere dem, hvis du fortryder købet. Se nærmere fortrydelse under punkt 6.

3. Priser
Alle angivne priser er i DKK og inklusiv 25 % moms (i Danmark og Norge). Priserne er excl. fragt.

Der tages forbehold for afgiftsændringer, pris- og korrekturfejl mv.

4. Betaling
Betaling for bestilte varer kan ske online ved brug af Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JBC og American Express. Disse oplysninger transmitteres krypteret mellem kunde og pbo-group.com Personoplysninger (navn, adresse osv.) krypteres dog ikke.

5. Forsendelse og levering
PBO Group bestræber sig på at afsende de varer, du har bestilt, inden for 2-5 hverdage efter, at vi har modtaget din bestilling. Bestilte produkter sendes som udgangspunkt samlet. Er PBO Group ikke i stand til at afsende varerne til dig inden for det angivne tidsrum, informerer vi dig herom pr. mail.

Du betaler kun fragt én gang, uanset hvor mange produkter, du køber pr. ordre.
Fragtomkostninger indlands udgør 50 DKK, udlands indenfor EU 100.- DKK – og udenfor EU 400.- DKK.

PBO Group bærer ansvaret for varerne, indtil du har modtaget dem. Der kræves underskrift ved modtagelse.

6. Fortrydelses-/returret
PBO Group yder ifølge forbrugeraftalelovens § 17 en 14 dages fortrydelsesret. Modtagne varer skal returneres i væsentlig samme ubrugte og ubeskadiget stand.

Retur-/fortrydelsesretten løber fra det tidspunkt, hvor du har modtaget varen.

Ved fortrydelse skal du selv afholde udgiften for returnering af varen.

Det, du har betalt for varen, tilbagebetales til dig, når PBO Group har modtaget dine varer retur.

Ved benyttelse af fortrydelses-/returretten vil der ske en elektronisk tilbageførsel af pengene. Ved en elektronisk tilbageførelse kan der gå op til 5 dage før modtagelse.

Det er ikke muligt at returnere varer ved fortrydelse i vores butikker. Varerne skal sendes retur til afsenderadressen.

7. Reklamationsret
I overensstemmelse med købelovens regler ydes du som forbruger 24 måneders reklamationsret på alle varer.

Opdager du en fejl eller mangel ved en købt vare, skal du snarest muligt og inden for rimelig tid kontakte PBO Group og forklare, hvori fejlen eller manglen består. Reklamation kan foretages ved at kontakte vores websupport samt ved fremsendelse af købskvittering fra PBO Groups’ webshop der så vil håndtere din reklamation på normal vis.

Lider varen af en fejl eller mangel, vil PBO Group søge at afhjælpe denne eller alternativt foretage omlevering.

8. Forbehold og ansvarsfraskrivelse
PBO Group tager forbehold for eventuelle afgiftsændringer, pris- og korrekturfejl, tekniske fejl, udsolgte varer og force majeure, herunder arbejdskonflikt og mangler ved eller forsinkelse af leverancer fra underleverandører.
